Tranquility in the Leelanau Peninsula, “Delight of Life”(traditional)

Nestled amidst the pristine lakes and lush landscapes, our rental offers a haven of tranquility. Whether you are seeking a time at the beach, yearning for outdoor adventures or love to shop or take wine tours, the Leelanau Peninsula provides the perfect backdrop.

Often compared to the Italian countryside due to  rolling hills and numerous wineries, Leelanau also has a varied terrain. The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore has a sweeping coastline, numerous inland lakes, the largest of which is Lake Leelanau, as well as creeks and rivers. All are wonderful for kayaking, canoeing, tubing and relaxing by in the sun. It is home to small towns such as: Leland, Glen Arbor, Sutton’s Bay, Northport, Empire and Lake Leelanau. Two of the more famous yearly Festivals are the Cedar Polish Festival and the nearby Traverse City Cherry Festival. As we like to say: It’s all good up north!
